1.What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, remember your preferences, secure forms, and provide insight into how a service is used.

We also use comparable technologies such as local storage, session storage and the Web Storage API. Throughout this policy, "cookies" refers to all of these.

2.Cookie categories we use

We classify cookies in four categories:

  • Essential — strictly necessary to deliver the service you ask for: keeping you signed in, preventing CSRF, remembering your consent choice. These cannot be turned off without breaking the service.
  • Functional — improve usability without being strictly necessary: remembering your preferred language, theme or last-used venue.
  • Analytics — help us understand how the service is used so we can improve it. We use only privacy-respecting, server-side or aggregated analytics. We do not use cross-site advertising tracking on the marketing site.
  • Marketing — used to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and (where you have consented) to show you relevant ads off-site.

We do not load non-essential cookies before you have provided consent through the cookie banner. You can revisit your choice at any time by clicking *Cookie preferences* in the footer.

3.Cookie categories and retention

We intentionally do not publish a raw list of technical cookie names on this public page. Instead, we describe the categories, purposes and typical retention periods so users understand the processing without exposing unnecessary implementation details. Exact technical identifiers can change as we improve security and infrastructure.

4.How to manage cookies

You can control non-essential cookies in three ways:

  • In our cookie banner, available the first time you visit and accessible later via the *Cookie preferences* link in the footer.
  • Through your browser, which lets you block, delete or be alerted about cookies. Instructions for the most common browsers:
  • Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Safari (macOS)
  • Safari (iOS)
  • Edge
  • Using sector-wide opt-outs such as the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (youronlinechoices.eu).

Blocking essential cookies will likely break parts of the manager app (sign-in, order processing, payments).

5.Do-Not-Track and Global Privacy Control

We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by your browser as a valid opt-out from non-essential cookies. We do not currently rely on the older Do-Not-Track header because of its inconsistent enforcement, but a GPC signal is treated as if you had explicitly declined non-essential cookies in our banner.

6.Changes to this Cookies Policy

We may update this Cookies Policy when we add, remove or materially change a cookie category or tracking purpose. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
